Target Acquired is a single-player side-scrolling endless runner/action where players control the protagonist Yura Anders and must dash, jump, and shoot using weapons. There will also be a hover vehicle available to drive, and boss modes which switch to a third-person mode.

The game is set in the city of Nekomipolis and follows the Yura Anders, a Police Cat Girl, who must pursue an infamous robot mouse thief named Cammy.

The game started on Kickstarter with a goal of $10K, and was successfully funded on November 27, 2014 raising a total combined with Kickstarter and Paypal $20,825. Former CEO of Square Enix Indonesia, Ryo Teruya, serves as the game's design consultant. The game was released on December 23, 2015.
