Taranath Ranabhat

Taranath Ranabhat (Nepali: तारानाथ रानाभाट) is a Nepalese politician. He was elected to the Pratinidhi Sabha in the 1999 election on behalf of the Nepali Congress. Ranabhat served as its chairman from the same year. He has also served as the former Speaker of the Nepalese Assembly House. He is outspoken on his position that Nepal should be fedaralised into 5 provinces (although these should not be split along ethnic lines).
