TRN TV along with TRN HD broadcast programming from the USA and UK with both English and German audio soundtracks. Most programs are shown within hours of US airing and therefore air at early hours of morning then repeated at more suitable times during that day. Programming as of September 2009 includes:

While TRN TV is a 24/7 broadcasting TV channel it airs music videos from 1am CET until 12pm CET. During this time programs that have aired in the USA are shown between these times.
TRN HD
TRN HD started simulcasting from launch on 10 September 2008.
