Culture at Synergy Park

Synergy Park has an area of about 100,000 Square Meters. It has about 24 small two floor offices. Most of the offices are on lease or rented to companies, research laboratories or enterprises. Institutes such as INRIA Futurs and enterprises such as Chronopost have offices located there.

Ambiance and Environment

Synergy Park is a park with a beautiful view. Nearly all offices of Synergy Park are made of red bricks, with black glass windows, and red tile roofs. In general, the offices are either in square form or in rectangle form. The offices look elegant because they offer certain things which normal commercial offices do not such as small green lawns, containing:

  • Colorful flowers,
  • domestic animals like roosters,
  • small clear ponds with fish,
  • Birds.
  • Due to its calming effect, it is considered to be an ideal location for a work atmosphere. Another advantage is its spacious parking area, which helps to avoid parking problems for the employees. A disadvantage is that there exist no pedestrian roads. The Offices however, are not numbered in an orderly fashion, this is why visitors often get lost and the mails are badly delivered.
