The wingspan is about 30 mm. The costa and terminal area of the forewings are dark chocolate brown. The costa is a little paler just beyond the middle. There is an oblique white band running antero-distad from basad of the middle of the posterior margin, ending along and beyond the anterior margin of the cell. There is a black line dividing the white medial and chocolate terminal bands, and a black line traversing the terminal band. The hindwings are white with a narrow black basal patch and there is a large subtriangular chocolate brown apical patch.
