Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi Baloch


Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi (Urdu: سید ظہور شاہ ہاشمی‎) (21 April 1926 – 4 March 1978), known as Syed Hashmi (سید ہاشمی), was an academic, poet, writer, and philosopher in Pakistan who is widely regarded as having inspired the Balochi literature. He is considered important figures in Balochi literature, with literary work in Balochi language, Urdu, Persian, and Arabic languages. He received the award Pride of Performance.
