Syed Shafiullah Quadri (Urdu: سید شفیع اللہ قادری) is the Secretary of Welfare Party of India Andhra Pradesh who is contesting for Member of the Legislative Assembly (India) from Rajendranagar Constituency in Hyderabad. He graduated in law from Osmania University, and holds a master's degree in Law (LLM) from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Personal Background
Raised in the peace-loving Ganga-Jamuni Hyderabadi culture, Quadri is lawyer by profession and social activist by passion. He was associated with Students Islamic Organisation of India and served as its Hyderabad City President for two terms. Quadri is an activist of separate Telangana movement, and served as vice president of Telanaga Student JAC. He was part of students delegation that went to lead support to T-Movement at Osmania University in 2011.
Quadri graduated from Anwar-ul-Uloom College in Hyderabad. He has done LLM from Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Law, affiliated to Osmania University. He takes motivation from visionary teachings of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Bahadur Yar Jung, BR Ambedkar and other national leaders.
Telangana Movement
Being students leader, Quadri represented Muslim students in Telangana movement during its long struggle particularly in Osmania University during 2010 to 2012. He was part of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind team that organized dharna in support of separate Telangana near Indira Park in Hyderabad.
Hyderabad Blast Victims
Quadri, along with his WPI colleagues, visited victims at Osmania Hospital and Yashoda Hospitals to provide solace to the family members of the victims while also assuring them the support. Victims they met include A. Praveen, a class 10th student, among many others.
