Fictional character biography
Sydren is a Drenx who is a member of the S.H.I.E.L.D. offshoot S.W.O.R.D. who has a habit of stating the obvious with his superior officer Abigail Brand making a snappy remark. He first appeared with Abigail Brand to help the X-Men fight Danger.
During the Dark Reign storyline, Sydren was present with Abigail Brand when Norman Osborn appoints Henry Peter Gyrich as co-commander of S.W.O.R.D. Sydren was among the aliens captured by Henry Peter Gyrich in order to have the aliens deported from Earth.
When refugees from Breakworld arrive on Earth, Sydren was with Abigail Brand when she, Cyclops, and Emma Frost talk with Warlord Kruun and Haleena. Kruun tells them that Breakworld has fallen into anarchy and that the inhabitants of Breakworld need a place to stay.
Sydren was with Abigail Brand when she sends a transmission to the X-Men informing them of Unit's escape from the Peak's prison.
