Sydney New Year's Eve 2012–13 was the 18th Sydney New Year's Eve held at Sydney Harbour on the evening of 31 December 2012 and in the early hours of 1 January 2013. The Nine Network broadcast the event for their fourth consecutive year (fourteenth overall). The theme was previously revealed to be "Embrace" and was Kylie Minogue's only year as creative headliner.

For the first time pyrotechnics were ignited from 10 jet skis during the Acknowledgement of Country and the fireworks display at midnight.
