Sydney Corporate Park (SCP) is a corporate business centre based in the Sydney suburb of Alexandria. It is home to more than 90 businesses, estimated to be employing over 6000 people. It is located between O'Riordan St, Doody St and Bourke Rd, it is spread over 17 hectares, close to the CBD and only a few minutes from Sydney Airport.

History
South Sydney was once the area of large-scale industry, however throughout the years many local industrial areas became residential developments. SCP remains one of the largest sites for industry and business not only in South Sydney but in the inner city Sydney area as a whole. The SCP site was originally the home of Hannan Print which still remains there today.
The park consists of office buildings, cafes, 24-hour convenience store, gym, pool, indoor sports centre, dance school, function centre, childcare, dry cleaners, hair salon, beauty salon, newsagency, bank, post office, car dealership, and various other corporate businesses.
SCP is a base for some of the world’s largest corporations, such as Virgin Atlantic, Harley Davidson, and Westpac. Many other well-known brands, such as Trivett, Cyclone Global Logistics, Crust Pizza Head Office, and Officeworks, are also located on the park.
Cafes and restaurants
There are a wide variety of cafes and restaurants at SCP, All Hours 24-hour shop, Astori’s, Wheels and Cupcake, and Doody Bird Cafe.
Fitness and wellbeing
There are a wide range of businesses offering fitness and wellbeing services to their customers.
The All Sorts Fitness & Wellbeing centre offers a gym, indoor swimming pool, group fitness program, personal training, and a wellness centre featuring chiropractic and massage therapy.
The All Sorts Indoor Sports centre is also on site with a range of sports being offered.
Opened in 2012, the All Sorts Boxing centre offers fitness training and boxing coaching.
Luxe Skincare and Salon 65 offer beautician and hairdressing services respectively.
Kids activities
The All Sorts Dance School and All Sorts Swim School cater to the children of corporate employees and the local community as a whole. The indoor sports centre has a range of after school activities for children, and along with the Dance School, offer school holiday camps. For day care needs, SCP is home to Building Blocks early childhood learning centre and a crèche facility at the All Sorts Gym.

The SCP shuttle bus operates Monday to Friday from Mascot Station, St Peters Station, and Central Station.

Transport
Located between O’Riordan Street, Bourke Road, and Doody Street it is only a few minutes from Sydney Airport and within walking distance of Mascot Station, where trains take as little as 8 minutes to get into the Sydney CBD. SCP operates shuttle bus services running to and from the local train stations and the CBD. If travelling by car there are multiple 1-2 hour free visitor parking spaces, and over 200 pay and display spaces. There is also a car park for gym members.
