Publications

Garuda Hellas has published several books by Saraswati. These include:

  • Yoga, seeking answers
  • The quiet mind
  • Swami Sivananda's 18ITIES & the practice of pratyahara
  • A path to higher awareness – A collection of sayings by Swami Sivamurti Saraswati

The term "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word «Yuj» meaning "unite." Yoga is a means to awaken the latent potential within and thus gradually approach the ultimate goal of life, which is self-realization, transcendence, liberation. Life and life’s work of Swami Sivamurti are a constant reminder that esoteric sciences are not just philosophies pertaining to an outdated past, but contemporary and of vital importance to this day and age.
