Suzi Simpson Singstock (born November 16, 1968) is an American model and actress.

Known as Suzi Simpson, Singstock was born in Athens, Greece. She is the eldest in a family of two brothers and two sisters.
Career
In 1984, she was awarded the title of Miss District of Columbia Teen USA. As an actress, Suzi appeared in the famed Michael Jackson Pepsi television commercial, and movies such as St. Elmo's Fire and Men at Work. She was featured in several rock videos, including one for Aerosmith and also played the role of special agent Becky Midnight in Enemy Gold.
Suzi was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for January, 1992 and has appeared in Playboy videos. According to Playboy's website, she was one of the most popular centerfolds of the 90's.
Suzi makes her home in Southern California where she markets a wine label and gives the proceeds to animal and children related charities. She is currently working on books about dating in hopes of helping "great guys meet great girls" with Dr. Jordan Schaul.
Her interior design work has been featured in HGTV and in various trade publications and other print media.
Education
Her college major was dental hygiene. She graduated cum laude and practiced for several years before being discovered by David Mecey in 1991.
Personal life
Having said "a house isn't a home without pets," she has rescued many animals and currently has five animal friends including her two Abyssinian cats, "Starsky" and "Hutch."
