Her stories and articles have been published in magazines, newsletters, and newspapers, including FamilyFun and New Moon for Girls. Lieurance has over 20 published books for children
Lieurance also has a daily online radio show interviewing children's authors at Book Bites for Kids and teaches children's writing for the Institute of Children's Literature in Connecticut. She also coaches working writers to better their freelance writing careers.
