Events
The 2018 Saint Paul Winter Carnival will conclude on Super Bowl Sunday. The carnival organizers will build a large ice palace to coincide with the Super Bowl festivities, as with the 1992 Minneapolis Super Bowl. The ice palace is a special event that occurs about once a decade.
