Sunrise Films is an independent Australian film and television company that produces films that focus on social change.

The company was founded in 2005 by Robert Rabiah, who has won the Australian Writer’s Guild Award (Monte Miller) National Literary Award (Fellowship Of Australian Writer’s) Best Actor In An Ensemble Cast (Monaco Charity Film Festival) and has been nominated for Best Actor at the AACTA Awards and the Inside Film Awards as well as receiving a top 5 finalist placement at the Screen Producer’s Association of Australia Film Market.

Rabiah has written, directed and produced several of Sunrise Films’ productions, such as Nothing To Declare, Death Letter, Antonio: Down Under (TV series), as well as The Further I Run and The Ideal Café.
