Early life and education
She was born on 19 December 1963.
She received her MA degree in Political Science from Punjab University.
Political career
Malik was elected to the National Assembly of Pakistan from Constituency NA-69 in the Pakistani general election, 2002 on National Alliance ticket. She served as Minister of State for Tourism.
She was re-elected to the National Assembly from Constituency NA-69 in the Pakistani general election, 2008 on PML-Q ticket.
She was re-elected to the National Assembly from Constituency NA-69 in the Pakistani general election, 2013 on PML-N ticket. However she was disqualified from her seat of National Assembly by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on account of her fake degree in October 2013.
She once served as the Minister of Women Development and Minister of State for Youth Affairs.
