Early life and Education
Suhai is the daughter of Dr Aziz Talpur who is a political activist and writer. She belongs to a lower middle class family of Bhai Khan Talpur village in Tando Muhammad Khan district.
Education
She did matriculation from Fauji Foundation Higher Secondary School, Tando Muhammad Khan. enrolled herself for intermediate in Bahria Foundation College, Hyderabad, She did BCom from the Zubaida Girls College, Hyderabad Sindh. afterwards, she got master's degree in Economics from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. She did also certificate course of Chartered Accountancy from Al-Hamd Academy Hyderabad and Skans Islamabad similarly.
