Submarine TITANS is a real time strategy video game for Microsoft Windows rendered in 2D isometric perspective graphics. It was developed by Ellipse Studios, published by Strategy First, and released in North America on August 9, 2000. The game takes place in the 22nd century in which a comet has struck Earth, driving humans to establish underwater bases. The comet also brought aliens to Earth, who now compete with the two human factions. The game features a split-screen mode which allows players to look at the on-screen units as well as the structures of underwater bases. The game features three factions: the militant White Sharks, the scientific Black Octopi, and alien Silicons; each faction has unique units and technology trees, and various strengths and weaknesses.

Submarine TITANS has the unique distinction of being the only game in the RTS genre where the entire realm takes place fully underwater. It is also the earliest RTS to have a full-fledged spectator feature for single and multiplayer and also the only RTS of its time to have an AI which could, when so instructed, play the entire game for the player, handling combat and building on all sides. This game is also one of the very first RTS games which had fully user-editable AI scripts, including an extremely detailed manual included on the CD on how to mod your own AIs. The game lobby allows a wide range of options, such as removing unit number limitations, starting resources or starting tech level. It also comes with a fully functional map editor, which can create both multiplayer maps and scripted missions and campaigns.
The game received some criticism from reviewers. Greg Kasavin from GameSpot criticized the game for having too steep of a learning curve. He also criticizes the game for having unclear voices and text, even though he notes that the story is detailed according to the manual but the game is very strategical and is very interesting to play.
