Storm World Tour (or simply Storm Tour) was the first world tour by Finnish singer Tarja Turunen to support her second studio album, My Winter Storm, released on November 19, 2007, by Universal Music; it was Tarja's first world tour since her dismissal from Nightwish in 2005, playing for the first time in several countries like Luxembourg, Serbia, Israel, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Belarus.

The tour was divided in seven legs between 2007 and 2009, with ten warm up concerts in Europe between November and December. In 2008, she played in South America and finished the year again in Europe; in 2009, Tarja played in North America, with dates in the United States and Canada, and then she hosted new concerts in South America, debuting in Venezuela.

During the last leg, Tarja played for the first time in Turkey and Croatia, and finished the tour in London, England, on October 19, 2009, after 95 concerts.

Recordings

On December 8, 2007, Tarja hosted a big concert in Kuusankoski, Finland; the show was professionally recorded and later in 2008 she released the full concert for download online, without any commercial intention, according to Tarja, it was only a "gift for her fans".
