Like its predecessor, Steamin' + Dreamin' 2: Cash Back is a mockumentary following the fates of Cork rappers Grandmaster Cash and Dr. Feekinstein, and features appearances from Tony Hadley, The Rubberbandits, and Hardy Bucks among others.

Inviting Feekinstein to join him, and enlisting Seamus Kelly to again document their adventures, Cash attempts to make it as an international hip-hop artist.
