Plot
Owen Turner (Ice-T) is a naval pilot who fakes his own death, after which he is employed by Roberto Menendez (Andrew Divoff), an arms dealer. Turner has stolen a stealth fighter from a US Air Force base and Menendez has gained control of a military satellite that is capable of destroying targets on the Earth. Using the threats posed by these weapons, the two are blackmailing the United States government. Naval reserve officer Ryan Mitchell (Costas Mandylor) must try to stop them.
