Statehood Day (Serbian: Дан државности / Dan državnosti) is a holiday that occurs every February 15 in Serbia to commemorate the outbreak of the First Serbian Uprising in 1804, it evolved into a Serbian Revolution against Ottoman rule. The revolution ultimately resulted in the recognition of Serbia's statehood by Ottoman Empire (formally in 1817, de jure in 1830).

On the same day in 1835, during the rule of Miloš Obrenović, the first Serbian constitution was adopted in Kragujevac, known as the Sretenjski ustav (‘Candlemas Constitution’).

Statehood Day as a public holiday is celebrated for two days every February 15 and 16.
