Stary Kocin [ˈstarɨ ˈkɔt͡ɕin] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mykanów, within Częstochowa County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north of Częstochowa and 79 km (49 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.
