Stary Grodków [ˈstarɨ ˈɡrɔtkuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Skoroszyce, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Skoroszyce, 21 km (13 mi) north of Nysa, and 38 km (24 mi) west of the regional capital Opole.
