Starwards Public School is an English medium ICSE Board affiliated school in Tulsipur, Balrampur district, Uttar Pradesh. Children and youngsters are heartily felicitated and welcomed for their admission in their required standard. This institution was founded in July 1999 by Mr. Vinod Singh Kalhans, the reserved Manager, renowned journalist, social worker, a well qualified and experienced personality. It reflects with the objectives to make literate the common people in general. In particular, it is meant to infuse in all students a sense of loyalty, patriotism, individual and corporate responsibility for leading a purposeful life as honest and useful citizen of India.

Establishment
The school was founded by Vinod Singh Kalhans, in 1999. It was set up as Junior High School in Tulsipur, Balrampur District. Initially the school was recognised by Hindi Medium but now it is affiliated with English medium and known as the only English medium recognised school in the locality. Ms. Kalpana Singh was the first principal of the school.
Admission
Children are admitted at the minimum age of three years. Admissions are made on the basis of interview/test.
Infrastructure
The campus has all facilities to support student life. With a natural stream flowing through the campus, it has a very serene, peaceful environment. The school has a well-stocked Learning Resource Center (library) as well as a Digital Resource Center.
House System
To inculcate team spirit students will be divided into four houses. The students will be placed in one of these houses under House Captain and House mistress, inner House competitions in games & Sports and scholastic activities will be held regularly.
Educational Tour
The school organises various tours at the place of Historical Scientific and Religions importance.
Activities
Activities that students engage in include horticulture, art and craft, astronomy, chess, creative writing and editorial, public speaking, quizzing, theatre and drama, dance, photography and cooking.
