Regulation A Crowdfunding
StartEngine had two offerings begin gauging interest on the day newly established rules for equity crowdfunding went into effect, June 19 2015. Elio Motors became the first offering to complete Regulation A funding through StartEngine in February 2016 raising $17 million in equity from over six thousand unaccredited investors.
