Stars and Bars is a 1917 American silent film comedy produced by Mack Sennett. It was directed by Victor Heerman.
The film starred Ford Sterling and Harry Gribbon. Also apprearing were Nick Cogley, May Emory, Hugh Fay, and Gene Rogers.
