History

Starmalls was originally incorporated as Polar Mines and Development Corporation in October 16, 1969 which engaged in the mineral exploration industry. Polar Mines changed its name to Polar Property Holdings Corp., a move approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in September 2004, and shifted its industry into investment, real estate and leasing business. Polar Property changed its name to Starmalls with the name change being approved by the SEC in June 22, 2012.

PRIMA series

The PRIMA Series is a unique take in premium malls. It is the first of its kind in the Philippines where a full line home center, shopping, dining and enjoyment options-Starmall reinvents itself as a game-changer for the retail industry, elevating itself as a superior leisure destination. The first of this series, located in Taguig, has become a hotspot. And more such hotspots are rising in Cavite and Laguna.
