The Star Awards for Systema Charming Smile is an award presented annually at the Star Awards, a ceremony that was established in 1994. It is jointly presented by MediaCorp and Systema, a presenter of the awards since 2011.

The category was introduced in 2011, at the 17th Star Awards ceremony; Elvin Ng received the award and was given in honour of a MediaCorp artiste that is deemed having the most charming smile among the television audience. The nominees and winners are determined and selected by a majority vote from the public via online voting.
Since its inception, the award was only given to one artiste, Elvin Ng, who is the most recent and final winner in this category. Paige Chua, Ng, Joanne Peh and Pornsak have been nominated on two occasions, more than any other artiste. Chua, Peh and Pornsak also hold the record for the most nominations without a win.
The award was not presented from 2013 onwards, as Systema no longer presents the awards.
