History

In 2003 Stanton Chase partnered with the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park to assist enrolled M.B.A. class to engage with potential employers.

By 2011 Stanton Chase had an office in Dubai.

Stanton Chase Korea came into effect on 1 January 2012 through KK Consulting Inc. joining the Stanton Chase International brand whilst remaining independently owned and operated.

In 2013 Stanton Chase India franchisee was acquired by RFG a company owned by Recruit (company).

In August 2013, the Nashville office of the company merged with Johnston Healthcare Search. The office continues to operate under Stanton Chase International with Brian Johnston joining as a partner.

Current operations

Stanton Chase International conducts and posts results from many surveys about different aspects of employment. These cover such things as how age, location, economic climate, and education effect employment as well as tips for interviewing and starting a new job.

Corporate structure

Each of Stanton Chase's partner offices are owned and operated by local partners who have knowledge of their "regional markets, industries and client needs". There is a twice-yearly meeting for partners from other offices around the world meet to share experiences and work together.
