In 2010 Boy Meets Girl and the YSC collaborated again, this time with Campus Candy, to create a t-shirt that gave a percentage of the sales back to the YSC. In October 2013, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Boy Meets Girl gave 20% of its sales of the classic black and pink “Coco” hoodie to the YSC.

In addition, since 2009 Igel, on behalf of Boy Meets Girl has worked with the BullyBust Campaign, on behalf of the National School Climate Center (NSCC), to raise awareness to help stop bullying in schools nationwide. Igel partnered with teen celebrity, Sammi Hanratty, to educate teens on how to stand up to bullying. Igel created a Boy Meets Girl t-shirt, which sold exclusively at Bloomingdales, to raise money for the anti-bullying movement. Igel has sponsored various BullyBust events, including the annual fundraising gala, to continue help raise awareness. In October 2013, in honor of bullying prevention month, Boy Meets Girl gave 20% of its sales of the classic grey and black “Coco” hoodie to the NSCC Bully Bust campaign. Igel’s passion for ending bullying spawned her 2012-2013 campaign with beauty vlogger, Cassandra Bankson of Diamondsandheels14, called #BMGLiveOutLoud. The ongoing mission of #BMGLiveOutLoud, with the support of the BullyBust campaign and the National School Climate Center (NSCC), is to appoint and honor those who have stood up for themselves and up to bullying in various countries around the world.
