History

According to history when vishnu was in deep meditation lakshmi came like deer and she plays in front of him. At that time vishnu's meditation was dispersed and he saw that deer. Due to his holy glory a beautiful daughter was born both of them left their daughter for the sake of their devotee king. After that king found the child in Vaḷḷikiḻaṅku field so, she called as valli. In [4] the idol is Swayambumurthi now he is growing on..... also the special in that temple was for of devotees got child after praying in this temple.

Renewal History

According to legend perumal was found inside the big rock while breaking the rock by worker in saint look. By seeing this magic he get afraid and went back to home. In the same time a person who is an devotee to vishnu is a bus owner in chitoor. The one and most sadness for him was child because after marriage six years off they won't have baby. One day in his dream vishnu came and told some of the identifications where he is in vallimalai. The next day he came to vallimalai and finally he reached the place now "Sri Thenvenkatachalapathy". After that he got child then build a small temple he set one poochari for daily pooja and drilled one well for water to do pooja and all. After his death no one take care that temple. After along gap near vallimalai a small village Perumal kuppam is present students in that village must come for the higher studis even from 6th itself to vallimalai in that one student called "Vijayan" was attracted by thenvenkatachalapathy. Among the group students he only come to that old temple and pray god, after that it continues as not only praying also by putting deepam and after a small gap every morning he took water from that well and did abisegam, evening deepam during college days. After getting job also his service to god. After his marriage he started to renewal that temple in 2000. From his savings like a bird and also from volunteer devotees donation slowly he start to construct the temple like gopuram and idols in the base for compound, mandapam etc.

Kumbabishegam

In 2010 for "Sri Thenvenkatachalapthy" temple was somewhat finished and kumbabishegam function was done very grantly to Venkatachalapathy. From that the newly pirathista idol was called as "Arulmigu Sri alarmelmanga Nayaka Sametha Sri Thenvenchalapathi"

Festivals

The Five Saturday's of puratasy month Sri Then Venkatachalapthi bless to their devotees in special abisegam alankaram. And in the evening for devotes they provide prasadam. Every year for Vaikunda yegadesi with special decoration swarga vasal opening also very famous. February month annual day function are celebrating very grantly on that day evening marriage function also present for vishnu with sridevi and buthevi, after marriage Ventachalapathi will go rounds to the hill Vallimalai to see the people their happiness, life etc. In every pournami also devotees came to temple also special abishegal and all done for Venkatachalapathy. During Pankuni uthram Lord muruga come rounds to the hill for four days in cart. In that festival fourth day he reach the Venkatachalapathy temple at that time from venkatachalapthy some respect will done to muruga because he is son-in-law to him. S
