N. T. Rama Rao directed most of the film. N. T. Rama Rao's mentor Sri KV Reddy is in need of finance to send his son abroad for higher studies, but reluctant to ask any body for financial help. NTR came to know this fact from shri K. V. Reddy' friend D. V. Narasaraju (writer), who is also close to NTR. NTR knows that Sri K.V.Reddy will not accept any thing from others, so he requested Sri Reddy to direct his own production, SRI Krishna Satya and assisted him for his son's foreign education.. When Reddy expressed his inability to direct the film because of his poor health, NTR said not to worry about it and asked him to sit in the sets of 'Sri Krishna Satya' and guide him in case of need. NTR always had two or three scripts which were ready to hit the sets and he chose this film’s script. He decided to make the film from his own production house so as not to have any objections from his producers. K.V.Reddy was a high BP and Diabetic during the film’s shooting even then he tried his best to help NTR during shooting, NTR did most of the direction and credited Reddy in the title cards. This is a perfect example for relationship between a master and his deciple and NTR has come out with flying colours in this situation. He used to have lot of regard for his mentor Sri K. V. Reddy and paid his tributes in this way.
