The splendid poison frog or splendid poison-arrow frog (Oophaga speciosa) is a species of poison dart frog endemic to the eastern end of Cordillera de Talamanca, western Panama. Its natural habitats are humid lowland and montane forests.

Conservation status

The species was formerly common, but its present population status is poorly known. It is now classified as "endangered" because of its narrow distribution and continuing decline in the extent and quality of its habitat. It may even be extinct.
