Spencer Kane is a 3 time award nominated and Billboard charting teen artist and TV sitcom actor born on October 26, 1996. At barely 5 years old he recorded his first music video as a lip sync to the song "Written on My Heart" by the Christian band Plus One. Raised in a Christian home as a son of a Pastor, Spencer has been around musical influence in and out of the church world. His first professional recording was released in June 2011 and he has been recording in New York, Nashville, Chicago and Atlanta ever since. He is also a dancer having learned most of his skill through training since becoming a music artist.
His father is Patrick Hess, a social media and marketing manager and Huffington Post blogger, and Melissa Hess is his mother.
Career
Working primarily as a solo indie artist, Spencer signed a performance contract with iShine (Bema Media LLC) based in Nashville, Tennessee in June 2012. He is a recurring role on the TBN Network award nominated sitcom "iShine Knect" (as himself) and is a featured artist on iShine compilation CD's and DVD's as well as a featured artist in the iShine national tour each Spring and Fall since early 2013. He has toured nationally and performed nearly 100 concerts through Dec 2014.
He is a regular teen who enjoys life apart from music.
When he's not performing at a concert or in front of a TV camera, he is a committed student-athlete having played basketball since age 4 and baseball since age 7. He is a devoted Christian and hopes his music will reach all ages with his positive lyrics and entertaining music.

The title track to his first full album project "RUNWAY" is played on Hot AC format radio in the United States (Dec 2014–present). As a regular character on the award nominated tween TV Sitcom "iShine Knect", Spencer portrays himself as a student at a performing arts high school called iShine Academy. The show features slapstick comedy centered around a script for each episode that focuses on Christian principles targeted for kids between the age of 8 and 13. Similar to programs for tweens on Disney or Nickelodeon, the show also features music from most of the cast.
