The Senate Special Judiciary Committee is a five member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and two members. The Committee operates under a Senate mandate to assist the Senate Judiciary and Senate Judiciary Non-Civil Committees in providing necessary facilitation for any legislation in authorized areas.

The Senate Special Judiciary Committee serves to provide legislative assistance in all legal aspects of legislation for the Judiciary and Judiciary non-civil Committees as well as providing any facilitation necessary within the authorized areas.
