South Pointe Tower

South Pointe Tower is a highly affluent residential enclave tower in Miami Beach, Florida South Beach. Completed in 1987, South Pointe Tower holds claim to being South Beach's first skyscraper. It is located on the southern extremity of the city overlooking Government Cut and South Point Park. The tower stands 258 ft tall and contains 25 floors. It is located in the "SOFI" (South of Fifth Street) neighborhood.
