South Carolina Highway 527 (SC 527) is a state highway in the U.S. state of South Carolina. It runs 65.9 miles (106.1 km) between Andrews on the Williamsburg–Georgetown county line to Lee County six miles (9.7 km) south of Bishopville. The route travels in a northeast–southwest direction.
