Son (English: The End), is a Turkish psychological thriller series produced by Ay Yapım, broadcast on ATV and directed by Ezel's director Uluç Bayraktar. Starring actors are Yiğit Özşener, Nehir Erdoğan, Erkan Can, Berrak Tüzünataç, and Engin Altan Düzyatan.
The series has been sold to 20th Century Fox Televisionin the United States and was adapted into a pilot named Runner for ABC. No series has been ordered from this pilot, Also the rights to produce local versions of the series have been sold in Russia, The Netherlands and France.
Plot
Well, nothing is as it seems. A happy marriage, a husband and wife that love each other, a mother and father protective of their children. No doubts, no lies and a trusting relationship. There are three types of women: The ones who are married to their Home, the ones who are married to their children, and the ones who are married to their husband. Aylin is a woman who is married to her husband, and has been since the first day. But one day she finds out that all her life is actually a big lie, like a slap in the face.
