Some of My Best Friends Are DJs was the second album released by recording artist Kid Koala. Included in the album is an all-vinyl-assembled ska track “Skanky Panky” as well as Kid Koala’s version of the New Orleans jazz classic “Basin Street Blues,” plus the John Hughes-inspired “Flu Season,” consisting of 47 coughs and sneezes scratched off of records Because of the track's seeming jazz samplings, it is believed that the "Savoi" reference in track 4 refers to Savoy Records; an American record label used by many jazz greats such as Charlie Parker, Erroll Garner, Dizzy Gillespie and many more.
