Smith-Cotton High School is a public high school in Sedalia, Missouri, in the United States. The school serves students in grades 9–12 in the Sedalia 200 School District and is home to a fully accredited instrumental music program and the New Score, Cabaret, and Broadway Velocity. History

Smith-Cotton was founded in 1927 by Sarah Cotton. The first principal was Heber U. Hunt, who went on to serve as superintendent. When the school was founded, there were 24 staff members and 21 classes.
