Currently, Slightly Mad Studios is developing the sequel to it's community-based racing simulator Project CARS. This title was developed using community-based development, pre-alpha testing, and funding, in an attempt to bypass normal publishing costs. This was the first title of a series of similarly-developed games, and the process is now known as "World of Mass Development", or WMD.
