Sivan Magen (born 1980) is the most prominent Israeli harpist of his time. The first and only Israeli to win The International Harp Contest in Israel, in 2006, Sivan started his successful career by winning the "Premier Prix" for his final exam in the Conservatoire National Superieure in Paris, where he studied under Isabelle Moretti. Sivan continued to study for his Master's degree at the Juilliard School under Nancy Allen.

He performs around the globe for solo recitals, chamber music concerts and as a solist with orchestras. Featuring in important venues such as the Carnegie Hall. and Merkin Hall in New York City and Sidney Operan House in Sidney, Australia In 2012 Sivan won the Burletti Buiton Trust award for musical excellence

Sivan recorded solo albums Fantasien and French Reflections for Linn Records and also 3 chamber music albums: Opus One with the Israeli Chamber Project, Still Falls The Rain, with Nicholas Phan and Tres Voci featuring Kim Kashkashian and Marina Piccinini, all of which garnered positive reviews.

On the spring semester of 2017, Sivan taught Isabelle Moretti's class in the Paris Conservatoire National Superieure.
