Simplify has had compilation appearances on albums from the Ministry of Sound, and has had releases appear on American television shows, The Ellen DeGeneres Show and So You Think You Can Dance. Several releases have reached #1 on the Beatport dubstep and glitch hop charts.

The name of the label is a play off the name of its founder, Aaron Simpson, who has been DJ-ing in the Pacific Northwest and the United States since 2000.
