SVAMC provides services in technology sectors including hardware, software, Internet, biotech and alternative energy and addresses the resolution of US and international technology disputes involving parties in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

SVAMC was cited in National Review commentator Kevin D. Williamson’s book The End Is Near and It's Going to Be Awesome and its focus was highlighted in an episode of the hit HBO television series Silicon Valley.
