Parish Roads in Louisiana are controlled and maintained by the respective parishes in which they reside. These parish roads are found in every parish of Louisiana. However, most are not signed, and few intersect with major highways.

Signage
Most parish roads signed by the Louisiana DOTD are up to MUTCD standards. However, parish roads signed by the local police juries are usually weathered and in bad condition.
Caddo Parish Road 16
Caddo Parish Road 16 (PR 16) is a 6.24-mile (10.04 km) highway in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. It runs from west to east between Mira and Myrtis communities.
PR 16 is signed only by the Louisiana DOTD, and not by the parish. It is signed as an exit from I-49, and is also signed at the intersection with US 71. It is one of few Louisiana parish highways to be designated as 55 MPH for most of the length.

Livingston Parish Road 45
Livingston Parish Road 45 (PR 45) is a 8.96-mile (14.42 km) highway in Livingston Parish, Louisiana. It runs from south to north between Satsuma and Colyell communities.
PR 45 is signed only by LADOTD, and is not signed by the parish. It is signed at the intersection with I-12, and is used as a road for local traffic. Recently, development has begun around the I-12 exit, and I-12 is being widened as three lanes in each direction to the exit.

Natchitoches Parish Road 620
Natchitoches Parish Road 620 (PR 620) is a 2.42-mile (3.89 km) highway in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. It runs from west to east between LA 478 and Natchez. It is known locally as the Flora-Natchez Road.
PR 620 is signed only by LADOTD, and is not signed by the parish. It is signed at the intersection with LA 478, and is used as a road for local traffic. The highway is signed westbound only, at LA 478, due to the highway being relocated by the LADOTD. It is a rare instance of a parish road being signed by the state, without directly intersecting an Interstate.

PR 25 is signed only by LADOTD, and is not signed by the parish. It is signed at the intersection with I-20, and is used as a road for local traffic. It is used for mostly local traffic, since the route itself copies the route of LA 546.

Webster Parish Road 117
Webster Parish Road 117 (PR 117) is a 5.72-mile (9.21 km) highway in Webster Parish, Louisiana. It runs from south to north between Camp Minden and U.S. Route 371.
PR 117 is signed at the southern end of the route, southbound at LA 528, and southbound at Fuller Road, by the police jury. PR 117 is signed in both directions at the interchange with I-20 by the LADOTD.
