Siegel Suites is a no-lease required, residential apartment chain founded in 2006 by Steve Siegel and managed by The Siegel Group. Siegel Suites unique model offers short and long term fully furnished apartments, with weekly and monthly payments options. Siegel Suites controls over 5,000 units in 26 residential communities in Nevada and New Mexico: 20 of which are in Las Vegas, 4 in Reno, 1 in Mesquite, Nevada, and 1 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Siegel Suites are furnished apartments that include all utilities, including water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, cable or satellite TV, and high-speed wireless internet. Some of the Siegel Suites also includes telephone service. They offer studios, one bedroom, and two bedroom units at various properties.
In 2012 Siegel Suites launched their Siegel Rewards program. Tenants earn points every time they pay their rent. Tenants can use points to pay their weekly or monthly rent or to purchase thousands of items from their online catalog. The longer you stay, the more you earn. After 90 days, tenants earn Bonus Points. Points can be earned by referring a friend. Tenants earn points for every dollar spent on rent,deposit, pet fees, pet rent, key fees, cleaning fees, surcharges and late fees.
