Sidney Baxter Barham (May 31, 1838 – September 20, 1915) was an American Democratic politician who represented Surry and Prince George counties in the Virginia House of Delegates. He was elected to two terms, serving from 1893 to 1897, and was later on selected to fill a vacancy in the seat in 1903.

His son, Sidney Baxter, Jr., represented the same constituency in the House of Delegates during the 1906 and 1910 General Assembly sessions and was later elected to the Virginia Senate.
