Shivam Karn (Nepali: शिवम कर्ण ; born 2 March 1992) is a Nepalese Educationist. He is the current CEO of PRIDE Group (PRIDEG).

Karn was born in Birgunj, Nepal as the son of Mani Shankar Lal Karn and Rani Devi Kaystha. He was raised in Birgunj with his one sister Jyoti Karn.
