Shimo-Ogawa Station (下小川駅, Shimo-Ogawa-eki) is a railway station on the Suigun Line in Hitachiōmiya, Ibaraki, Japan operated by East Japan Railway Company (JR East).

Shimo-Ogawa Station has two opposed side platforms connected to the station building by a level crossing. The station is unattended.
History
Shimo-Ogawa Station opened on August 15, 1925. The station was absorbed into the JR East network upon the privatization of the Japanese National Railways (JNR) on April 1, 1987. A new station building was completed in 2004.
